Did you turn in your Duty Hours and Moonlighting Policy?

You should have turned in your duty hours and moonlighting policy to the GME office. If you have not, please download the template  available and email Tina K. Espina; ACGME Coordinator and send a signed hard copy to the GME office.

All formal correspondence with ACGME must also be pre-reviewed by GMEC and co-signed by the Chair of GMEC. Check out the ACGME Compliance.

All New Program Director changes must be initiated by the DIO through the ACGME Web Ads. For Non-ACGME programs please submit a letter stating the change and when the effective date of the change will occur.  The request for a change in Program Director form must be submitted to the GME office.
